    Was trying to install Minecraft and kept getting hit with the same error


    After downloading the installer for the new Minecraft launcher and attempting to run it I keep getting the same error message box saying "File system error -2143322101" but the installer stays open and if I start the install it just sits there and the green bar does not move. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

    It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

    There is a complete step by step available, if you have any issues ...

    It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server

    I'm trying to download and install Minecraft and get this error. I ran the suggested command and rebooted the PC without success. Next step please?

    Error installing Minecraft on Windows10

    I am trying to install Minecraft on my daughters laptop that is running windows 10. I found other questions of users getting the same error that were running win8. "Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime Environment. This is most likely caused a corruption.
    Please try to reinstall Minecraft".

    I've tried the suggestions on the Minecraft website where you download from.

    Any help would be appreciated. My daughter has Aspergers and ADHD, this is one of her getaways. Any help would be appreciated.
