  1. Was using Win 11, hard drive went bad, and now it says PC isn't compatible

As stated in the subject, I was using this PC and Windows 11 for a while without issue. Suddenly, the hard drive seemed to go bad so I put in another and was going to do a full format and install, and it says the PC doesn't meet requirements. As I mentioned, I was using this same PC for a while just fine and was just swapping hard drives. Of course, the Windows error message is frustratingly vague and doesn't give any more details well done, MS. Any ideas what I can do to make this work? I saw that secure boot was disabled in the UEFI so I enabled it. I am not sure about TPM nor how to see i

  2. Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

    Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
