Windows 10: Washed out Home Screen

My home screen appears washed out, the photo that I use is very light. When I start or end an app, it appears normal for a split second, then reverts to the faded view. I also used to just have the app icons on the scree, now it has reverted to the tiles. This happened without any intervention on my part, I just found it that way when I started to use it. Any suggesations as to what is wrong and how to return it to the previous appearance? Thanks for any assistance you could give!

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
