live tile excel file name instead of screen shot?

Thanks for your reply. I did get it working. I have the Nokia 925. Great phone.



The office portal gives you the standard Office 365 Form and Style Library (Useless for me) when you set up your phone with email address, etc.

You need to Add your "SharePoint Documents" <Add SharePoint Site> in the office portal.

xxx-my.sharepoint.com/personal/name_web domain_com/layouts, etc. Basically go to SharePoint browser in the documents library and copy the address, except for the .ASP portion at the end.

This will open the documents library. Then you can browse to your file hold down file name and click on save to Start. This will show the file name in the live tiles and will update all the time...awesome.

If you try to go to SharePoint from the browser and find the file it will only save to Start as a browser web snapshot.

SharePoint Browser = screen snapshot no live updates.

Office Portal SharePoint site = file name and live tile update.

Internet Explorer crashing

It's SharePoint 2010, and I'm talking about the function that allows a SharePoint library to open in Windows. Navigating to the page works fine, it's just when we try to open the library in windows explorer that IE crashes.
