Yes, for those steps, swap D for E in each step . . .

When moving the User Library folders, for example, you would use E:\Documents for the Documents folder, E:\Pictures for the Pictures folder . . .etc

With regards to the BD drives, do you have a BD drive on your PC and if so, how many?

How to permanently delete a BD-Rom Drive?

Hi Maypher, I am Paulo. I'm an Independent Advisor and an individual like you inclined to help.

BD-ROM DRIVE means Blu-Ray Disk Read Only Memory Drive. This usually shows when you install a Virtual Drive using software like Daemon Tools, PowerISO, etc. to mount .ISO files and many other data formats. Do you use any virtual software? If so, you can use
that to remove BD drives or you can follow these steps to disable in Device Manager

1. Press Windows key + X

2. Click Device Manager

3. Expand CD/DVD ROM

4. Right-click on the driver where it says something like "Virtual"

5. Choose to disable
