Windows 10: Watchdog BSOD randomly on start up or in idle

I'm having issues with a BSOD watchdog errors causing my computer to freeze. Often it cannot even restart on it´s own and has to be forced shut off. friend keeps getting BSOD
any suggestions?

I have been having randomly restarts when my pc is idling. According to windg is it a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSOD.
