Windows 10: WATCHDOG ERROR

Hi,I built my first PC last month. Lately I'm facing a such called WATCHDOG ERROR Blue screen. I read other conversation about it but I keep having the same problem. The Blue screen appears when I'm playing Apex. The fun fact that, the error, appears randomly. I have checked my driver and everything seems up to date. I'm not good with PC so I really do not know what I can do to get rid of this problem. Is there someone that can help me? New CPU cooler for Ryzen questions and suggestions

Your Ryzen 7 1700X should be close to 4.0GHz anyway, so overclocking is pointless.
If the computer freezes then there should be an error listed in the crash logs, most likely a clock watchdog timeout, changing the cooler won't fix it.
I'd suggest leaving the CPU stock and clocking your Ram up a bit.
