Windows 10: watchdog.sys shuts off my pc

I have an rtx 4060 ti and recently in the nvidia application I downloaded new drivers for this card and now the computer turns off during use, I tried chkdsk and SFC /scannow but they do not work, i checked in bluescreen view and the watchdog.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

This error can be caused most likely by an outdated driver for one of your hardware components. DPC stands for Deferred Procedure Call. The blue screen error code indicates that watchdog detects a DPC running too long, which stops your process to avoid data
corruption or damaging the computer. To help resolve the issue, we suggest
updating all the drivers on your PC as an initial troubleshooting step.

If the issue persists, you can perform a disk check. Follow the steps below to know how:

• On the search bar, type cmd then choose Command prompt.
• Right-click on it and select Run as administrator. Click
  Yes to continue after administrator permission was asked.
• Then type chkdsk /f /r and press Enter to start the process.
  

Note: Disk check will start the next time you boot your PC and it might take some time to complete.

After doing the suggested steps, check if the same issue will occur.

dpc watchdog violation BSOD

Try disabling Fast Startup on your PC. To do so, kindly follow these steps:

• On the search box, search for Power Options
  and open it.
• Click Choose what the power buttons do.
• Uncheck Turn on fast startup and reboot your PC.

Also, to prevent DPC Watchdog Violation from occurring again, kindly remember these:

• Keep your Windows up to date.
• Keep your drivers up to date.
• Shut down your PC properly.
• Don’t force shut down your PC unless needed.
• If you errors on any drivers of your PC, resolve it as soon as possible by updating or reinstalling that driver.
  
• Always use the latest version of your CPU's driver.
  
• Use disk defragment and disk cleanup regularly.
  
• Use software or drivers which are compatible with Windows 10.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
