Windows 10: Watchdog Violation when trying to install Windows 10

I installed a new Hard Drive and when I tried to install Windows 10 I ended up getting DPC Watchdog Violation. It is a HP 20-C210 All In One. Don't know what else to do. It'll freeze, BSoD, restart and it'll just loop again.
