Windows 10: Water "splashing" or "dripping noise" coming from computer on startup.

I've been having this problem for a couple of months now. Every time I boot up my computer, I can hear what sounds like a water splashing noise coming from the back of the computer where the power supply is located. I always have headphones plugged into my PC, so it isn't the speakers.There seems to be no dip in performance due to this.What is causing the sound, and should I be concerned?TLDR, computer makes water splashing noise on bootup from hardware, what is it?

"Water splash" sound that resembles a notification on Windows 10

It started out of nowhere yesterday and has occurred at random again throughout today. No visible notifications or indicators appear on the screen, however. I have checked system sounds, but everything is set to default.

A thread made in 2015 suggested that it could be a browser addon causing this strange splash sound, but I have looked through both Edge and Opera and couldnt quite identify the source depite having uninstalled all unnecessary addons. The ones I still keep are:

• Infinity New tab
  
• Notion Web Clipper
  
• Return Youtube Dislike
  

Anyone with the same problem? What should I do please?

 

Strange "splash" or "splish" noise, random sound

Been hearing this odd noise for a while now and it has gotten on my nerves, its this watery splash sound. It sounds like someone tapped the surface of water lightly, but its very very loud on my computer despite all my settings. I've looked through all my
sound settings to find anything even remotely close to what it is and find nothing. If anyone has an idea of what it could be, that be great. I've already contacted support and they did a remote access to update my drivers and change my speaker settings, but
it did not stop it from happening again. I wouldn't be so annoyed with it if it wasn't so loud.

Edit: Its also very random to me, it will go off several times in mere seconds and then not make a noise for an hour and its only once before being quiet again
