Windows 10: Water Splashing Sound Upon Windows 10 Startup

Like someone said in an earlier thread, this noise can be a startup sound. I wanted to go into it further to clarify. It happened after I reverted Windows 11 back to 10. Right click on desktop, choose personalize from the bottom of the menu. Choose Themes on the left, The sound option on the right should tell what sound is being played at startup. The sound tab in that window has a drop down that you can turn the sound off if you wish. Mine had went to "Seashore" for some reason.

If so, I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Make sure that your device speakers are working fine before performing the troubleshooting steps.

  Right click on the Volume icon on the Task bar.

  Select Sounds option from the list.
  
• 
  Select Sounds tab.
  
• 
  Check mark on Play Windows Startup sound option.
  
• 
  Under Program Events: click on any option and under Sounds: select Windows Startup from the list.
  
• 
  Click on Browser button and select a
  Sound.
  
• 
  Try to restart the computer and check if it helps.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to set sounds:

• Right click on the Sound icon from the System Tray and click on Sounds.
• Browse for the sound and click on apply and Ok.

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?
