    Waterblock for Gigabyte R9 270


    I am currently building a watercooling loop for my PC because I am idling at 59-66 c on my gpu and cpu with fans maxed out. I found everything but a block for my gpu. A r9 270 is basically a 7870 and I found a 7870 waterblock from EK that listed an HIS r9 270 is compatable. Could it work with my card?

    BTW, I know this is impractical, but I prefer temperatures and silence over practicality.

    Windows 10 Screen Tearing

    I'm having the same issue with an R9 270. Using AMD drivers 16.8.1 (latest beta drivers).

    Specs:

    i5 4670K

    Gigabyte Z87 G1.Sniper

    R9 270

    If anyone could help, it would be great. I'm having issues in every application including VLC.

    Waterblock for Gigabyte R9 270

    Because of design differences between third party cards, I wouldn't purchase a block unless it specifically states that it's for your version (Gigabyte) of the card.
