    Windows 10 pro n version 2004
    Is there any way to make a window think it is still focused when in reality it isn't?
    For example i may be trying to play a game, but the game audio will turn off when the window is no longer focused (such as alt tabbing)



    Specifically in my case. League of legends (in borderless windowed mode) will drop fps to ~18fps when the game is not focused (when i alt tab), it is likely an intentional power/resource saving feature and it can't be disabled through it's settings so I am looking to just fool the program into thinking it is still focused.

    Check the list of error codes
    here     and follow the suggested steps to resolve it. If the error code isn't in the list, kindly send us the exact error code. You may attach a screenshot of the error. By the way, how did you get your copy of Windows 10? I suggest that you refer to this

    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

    If want to disable IE, still can. However, can't uninstall it like were able to in XP/98/whatever.
    Here's how, although I find it useful in case Chrome or Firefox stops working and have to re-download it. *Wink
    1. Search for turn windows features on or off and click it in the search results.
