Windows 10: WD external drive my book suddenly not show up on computer ?

my computer notify when I plug in wd mybook driver but it not show up in files explorer . not show up in disk management but show up in devices manager .in device manager update driver is ok . Open detail is ok open property is ok but when open volome it notify " can not found information on this device " . and the computer sound notify while I plug out wd mybook driver . the other external drivers is ok . windows 10 pro n version 21H2 .

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View all” on the top left pane.
• Click on "Hardware and Devices" from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
