    WD external drive not showing in file xplorer


    Good afternoon, My external HD does not show in file xplorer windows 11. Other HD's work and the HD in question works on other computers. Nearly all the options in disk management are greyed out so most things I've seen online aren't available. I've also tried things mentioned in this community like diskpart. The computer is new other old HD's work and this HD works on other computers. Please help!!!
