Windows 10: WDAG has me locked out of admin on my computer. Please how do I get back control?

It doesnt even offer the option to use my password. This is the annoying MsEng.exe that sucks up half your systems resources and you can't possibly delete. its so ridiculous that people pay microsoft for this and they can't even have full control over their own property. If I dont want your antivirus software because of this kind of thing then I don't want it. It may as well be ransomware.

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

Random Auto-Locking of Computer Screen

Nobody suggested checking out Event Viewer?

When your computer randomly locks, search for, and open: Event Viewer

Under Windows Logs, Check out:
• Application
• Security, and
• System

See if you can find something that states anything that could be related to your computer locking. The newest events are listed at the top of each section, so finding an event log would be pretty easy to find. Hopefully we can find what is causing the computer to lock.

him your computer locks up.... check what your running and see if it affects it cause this shouldn't happen it could be your ram or your mouse but i'm just giving a suggestion
