Windows 10: WDS server

Hi teamI have WDS server. And i captured customizing windows 10 and it is working well with the laptops. Now i need to upgrade the captured image with Win11 but I can't take windows capture with sysprep. Is there any solution for Win 11 ? or if there are any other solutions from deploying customized win 11.

Media Streaming to WD Media Player crashes

Hi Rick,

Please provide more clarity on the issue when you say "the connection to the server breaks"

Are you trying to stream videos online?

Have you contacted WD support and checked? You may find the support link below.

I would suggest you to run the hardware troubleshooter and check.

Try these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
  
• 
  Click view all in the left panel.
  
• 
  Select ‘Hardware and devices' and follow the on-screen instructions.
  

You may also update the network drivers and check for the connection issue.

Unable to access WD utility software on Windows 10

Thank you for responding.

As you are able to see the drive under Device Manager, I suggest you to update the driver and check if it helps.

Steps to update the drivers:

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand WD utility software.
• Right click on the driver and click on Update Driver Software.
