Windows 10: We are not able to RUN vector CAN 1630A Hardware using usb slot

We are not able to RUN/Send/Communicate the CAN Signals from vector CAN 1630A Hardware using usb slot In Dell Optiplex 3000SFF to ECU,But same Activity we could able to run in similar model Workstation PC.Suspected some work station PC USB Drivers issue.We have been reinstalled USB drivers.but still we couldn't able to verify the root cause!Looking for the solution!Thank you!Regards,Sreenivas
