Windows 10: "We can't sign in to your account" after installing CPU with TPM

This is on a virtual machine on VMware, Windows 10.I upgraded the computer's CPU from a Ryzen 1200 to a Ryzen 5900x which apparently has a TPM module.When I first booted up the machine and ran things to make sure they worked the virtual machine instead created a fake account and signed in with the message "We can't sign in to your account"I've tried the suggestions on Microsoft's Page:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-error-message-we-can-t-sign-in-to-your-account-18d55f00-a6e7-9106-29ee-54fa223c0ca8#WindowsVersion=Windows_10And the suggestions on these pages:https://www.repa

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
