Windows 10: "We cant sign you in"

    ok so about a year ago my brothers tried getting into my account on xbox witch was connected to my old email with my fortnite and roblox account on it and i tried everything and it said we cant sign you in you tried to many times so i switched my password and i tried getting my email back but they kept saying they dont have enough to get me back into my email i know my password but it still wont let me in after a year of trying to get my email back ive came here to ask for some help..
