I turn on my computer to meet a drive update or repair thing. Whatever it was once it was finished I saw what I remember to be a windows update at 35% and then after that I was greeted with the message “We couldn’t complete the features. No need to worry-uninstalling changes. Please keep your computer on.” Now it just seems like it’s stuck on this as for a while now nothing has happened. Please help because this is really frustrating as this is on a brand new laptop and Already I’m experiencing issues again. I’m on windows 11 by the way.

Try this:

Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

Run diskpart.
At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

list disk

At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

select disk 0
clean
exit (to exit from diskpart)
exit (to exit from the command prompt)





That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.

I suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Update. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Windows update.

Refer these steps:

  Change the view by option on the
  top right to Large icons.

  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
