Windows 10: "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes. Don't turn off your computer" when...

Issue 1: When I try to download the "2025-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5051974" update from the settings, and i restart my computer when is finishes installing, the computer restarts but after it installs, it says its undoing the changes. I've already tried a lot of solutions I've seen online and I'm out of options right now.Issue 2: When I click on the search bar, windows icon, audio icon, wi-fi icon, battery icon or even the date in the bottom on my taskbar, it is unresponsive. I figured this issue is a result of the updates not being able to go

After Windows 10 restarted to install an update, the computer gets stuck in a loop of

and then after the update fails to install:

I'm not too good with computers so would someone be able to walk me through fixing this situation? I'm using a Lenovo Edge 15 with Nvidia GeForce.

 

Windows keep repeating the same "We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes Don't turn off computer"

When I start-up, I get:

"Windows updating

Don't turn off computer"

After several minutes I get:

"We couldn't complete the updates

Undoing changes

Don't turn off computer"

Followed by:

"Restarting"

Followed by:

"We couldn't complete the updates

Undoing changes

Don't turn off computer"

Followed by:

"Restarting"

I then turn off the computer, wait 30 seconds and turn back on. Everthing seem OK for several days; then it repeats the above. Any suggestions?
