Windows 10: "We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face

Hi there,My laptop had a working Windows Hello facial log-in before. After a long period of time, I did not have time to fix it and notice that the facial log-in suddenly is unavailable. I tried to fix it now and it seems no progress on it. My laptop model is Samsung 940X5N. There's an IR camera built on it which works properly which I can see an infraded image on the camera from the setting page when I clicked the IR camera. There's also an working fine 720p camera. 1. I tried to uninstall the IR camera and 720P camera and search for hardward change, it reinstalled.2. I tried to check for all

Windows Hello

Hello,

I just got a new laptop MSI prestige 15 and I am unable to set my Windows Hello Face (fingerprint works fine). At the settings sign-in options it says that "This option is currently unavailable-click to learn more." "We couldn´t find a camera compatible
with Windows Hello Face." My windows is up to date.
