Windows 10: We found a Windows 11 Home Single Language digital license for this device running Windows...

so this thing happened not for some time. some time ago, my laptop experienced some problems and I took it to the service centre. they did a reinstall to my laptop. After I got my laptop back, I found a message saying "windows isn't activated". finally, I pressed the "activate now" button and pressed the "troubleshoot" button. finally, I found a message like a title above. as far as I know, the laptop I have is a laptop that already has an OEM license. and it looks like the repairman has entered a new license on my laptop. is there a way to reactivate my laptop? ps. my laptop is a Lenovo Yoga

Where can I find "Windows 10 Home Single Language" ISO (64bit).

While trying to activate getting this message "We found a Windows 10 Home Single Language digital license for this device running Windows 10 Home

I had installed version that downloaded using Media Creation Tool.

Windows 10 Single language to Windows 10 Home edtion

My friend laptop comes with Win 10 Single language edition and now want to upgrade to windows 10 home. But in Updates and Security > Activation, I get only option to upgrade is Win Pro. No option for windows 10 Home edition. Please suggest.
