WE HAD PURCHASED WINDOWS 10 PRO ONLINE AND THE TAX INVOICE IS RAISED BY MICROSOFT BUT WE CANNOT CLAIM THE INVOICE AS THERE IS NO MICROSOFT VAT NUMBER OR OUR COMPANY VAT NUMBER ON THE TAX INVOICE SO HOW CAN WE CLAIM THE INVOICE DOES ANY ONE HAVE SALUTION TO CONTACT MICROSOFT TEAM REGARDING THIS ISSUE . AS I CONTACTED THE BAHRAIN FACILITIES ADIMINISTRATION MANAGER AND TOLD HE CANNOT HELP US WITH THIS CASE .

Missing Tax Invoice for purchase of Microsoft Windows 10

Hi I recently bought MS Windows 10 online and need a document that says Tax Invoice so I can claim it as a tax deduction in Australia. The Order History page shows the purchase was made successfully, but does not show a link to the Tax Invoice. I've made
other other purchases that do show links to Tax Invoices. Any ideas?

Where can I find the tax-invoice for the Windows upgrade I just bought?

And why is it, that Microsoft makes customers run after invoices when you get a tax-receipt for every pack of chewing gum you buy in a super market (as is legally required)?

 

Did not receive any GST (Tax) invoice for my Windows 10 Pro Upgrade

I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 10 Home on 31.10.2018. The order no. is 6398742869.

But when I click on the order "Details" option on my Microsoft accounts Payment & Billing > Order History page, I am not getting any option for downloading the Tax invoices. I also did not receive any mail with the
same as an attachment.

Where can I download the tax invoice from?
