    We have a Canon IR 1730if. We got new Windows 11 computers. We could scan and print without problem on Windows 10. This is a network printer. I installed the driver, but the scanner is not recognized. I can print without problem. Any suggestion on what I should try next?

    Canon iR-ADV 6255 Scanner

    I purchased a new laptop with Windows and can not get my Canon iR-ADV 6255 Scanner to scan to it. All the older computers within my network still receive scans but not my new laptop. I can print to the printer but not receive scans. Any help would be appreciated.
