    We have a Microsoft Webcam that when we check through the app appears to be working correctly. Sometimes it does,. but in larger groups it states the 'cannot use camera device due to hardware error'. I have gone through the various suggestions on the help and google searches but to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions, or any perhaps recommendations for a webcam that's been reliable for them? We are using Windows 11 and have Norton security. Many thanks.

    We have a Microsoft Webcam that sometimes works in group sessions and sometimes states the camera can't work due to hardware issues. I've checked everything suggested but can't see what can be wrong.

    We have a Microsoft Webcam that when we check through the app appears to be working correctly.     Do Microsoft webcams have on/off switch? During this Covid19 shutdown, many of the groups I belong to are using Zoom and other software to hold meetings and my PC does not have a camera or microphone. I have windows 10 and and HP tower desktop and want
    to participate in these on-line group sessions. Are the Microsoft webcams easy to install and set up and do they have an off/on switch so I can turn it off when it is not in use.

    I am 81 years old and not great with technology.

    Any help and suggestions will be appreciated.
