Windows 10: We have an unauthorized charge on our paypal account

We received a notification from paypal that we were charged for an account, after looking at previous statements it looks like we have been charged every year for a few years. I work for a non-profit and we do have a non-profit business account but this is showing as a personal/family account and no one on our staff owns it, we believe this was a previous employee who had access to our PayPal and bank information but she has not worked for us since 2022. We do not know what email or how to access the account and we cant dispute the charge via Paypal. How can we close this account and get a re

I have 6 unauthorized charges in my microsoft account, i did do this charges each of the 6 charges are $50 each ones, i try to get a refund but there is no way to do this in the page, i need to solve this problem, could you point me to the right number to call?

 

Unexpected charges in Microsoft account

Microsoft charged my Paypal account for an unauthorized charge by me for Xbox, which I never ordered. This is currently being worked on, and has taken hours and hours of my time, and still not resolved yet. If I HAD ordered it and used my Paypal account
to pay for it, I would have known it, but it was a total surprise and shock to me. GRRRR

Now, as I look around my computer for other suspicious activity, I see where the Microsoft program says I purchased "Twitter" moments ago. I did not do that either. Now I need to find out how these activities are being performed without my knowledge.
I am scared to investigate my fairly new computer. I only use the inbox and occasional storage for family photos.
