Windows 10: We tried to install computer certificate in Windows 10 by command but got error

Hi experts,We tried to install computer certificate in Windows 10, by using below command in a batch file, but got error.command in batch file:certreq -accept -machine %cert_file%error looks like:0x80092004CRYPT_E_NOT_FOUNDComputer certificate is downloaded on the Windows 10, and we can install it manually.We tried to install it by command because we want to make the process automatically going forward.Could you please advice if this command is still effective in Windows 10?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
