Windows 10: We were charged $389.99 for a $69.99 personal subscription renewal

My wife renewed her personal subscription to Microsoft Office 365 last week which should have been a charge of $69.99 and her card shows a charge of $389.99.

i just find it rediculous that they charge $99 for a one time fix..... $25 i could understand but $99?!?! nah

 

Windows 10 update stall at 99%

When you say 'update to Windows 10 stalling at 99%' are you referring to upgrade to Windows 10 is stuck or unable to update Windows to different builds?

Battery on charge till 99 percent and stop charging

When im charging the laptop it just show that it only can charge till 99 pecent and it will stop charging after that and if it drop till 98 it won't charge too. As it will only charge when it is at 94 percent.
