Windows 10: Weather advisory bulletins do not display anymore on the weather application. How do I fix it?

The Weather advisory bulletins do not display anymore on the weather application. These are normally accessed by clicking on a yellow banner at the top of the screen which leads to another page describing the situation. These pages are now empty, other than a generic title, on my computer. Below is a screenshot.How do I fix it?PS: I have tried sfc /scannow and redownloading the software, at no avail.

Hi all. When I get the weather advisory notification from Cortana, when I click on it should it be showing me what the details are, or at least bringing up the the section of the Weather app where I could view the details? Right now I just get the brief
headline in notifications, click on it and it just brings Cortana up with a

"stare" (screen). If that's the way it's designed can this go on the wish list for Cortana to interact with the Weather app or something to provide more details about the advisory?

When Cortana notifies of a weather advisory, if you click on it no other information is given.
