Windows 10: Weather and Maps point to someplace else

Both my weather and maps app's point to Kelowna which is only 2000km away from me. Are there any known fixes cause ive binged and done em all.

Note. It also wants to set my time zone to Pacific which strangely enough Kelowna is in.

No weather maps

Thank you for your reply but the problem, as far as I know, is not with the maps application but with the weather map. It's pretty much a blank page with the above list.

The above steps holds good for Windows 10 as well.
