Windows 10: Weather App on PC shows wrong city

Today is 4/25/22 and I am in Chicago, IL and the live tile ALWAYS shows the weather for Jacksonville, FL upon startup and continues to do so until I open the weather app. The weather app then shows my correct location of Chicago, IL. Once I close the weather app, then the live tile shows NO city's forecast, it's just a static icon of a Sun and the word "Weather". After about 5 minutes or so, the tile starts showing the weather for Jacksonville FLA again. So, is there a quick fix for this issue?

How do I change the city the weather APP shows on my windows phone. Do NOT say right click there is no such thing.

 

Aurangabd city name wrong in Weather App.

Hi,

I was setting my location in windows weather app i.e. Aurangabad, but instead of that when the city is selected it is showing sambhajinagar WHAT IS THAT? the city is a historical place an tourism capital of Maharashtra and by Government of India it's name
is Aurangabad. How could you change the name, I have tried every thing but still the name is sambhajinagar. if Microsoft doesn't change the name then we will start protesting or boycott campaign of Microsoft on social media. This concern was also raised by
my friend but still no action has been taken, so it's our demand to name the city as it was by Government.

We understand the difficulties you are having in setting up the location on the Windows Weather app. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Windows 10 Version and Build currently installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
• Where are you seeing this change on the PC?
• Are you facing this issue in Weather app or MSN home page in a browser?

If you are facing this issue on the Windows Weather app, then we would suggest you to
Change the default settings.

1. Open the Weather app and click on the
   gear icon on the bottom left corner.
   
2. Under General tab. Click the radio icon beside
   Default location
   
3. Then enter the location you want to set.
