Windows 10: Weather Is Gone From Taskbar Now And The Only News Is There!!!

That's what I'm seeing on my taskbar now. I was already getting sick of forcedly getting shown information in weather page and that it appears automatically when I drag my mouse there but now NOW THERE IS ONLY NEWS, NOT EVEN WEATHER! **** is this Microsoft? I don't wanna see useless news there. I WANT MY WEATHER INFORMATION! Remove that news section and make me be able to remove anything other than weather thereI'm talking about when I'm dragging my mouse there. Also, don't make it automatically open when I drag my mouse. It's stupid!

News and Interests not showing weather on taskbar

Perhaps your location can't be detected, e.g. because you've disabled location detection at Settings, Privacy, Location?

Try specifying a particular location instead (Step 1, 2 and 5):

What happens when you try to change the Weather Settings?

I suggest you to go to Weather Settings and changes the Weather Settings from Fahrenheit to Celsius and check. If it doesn't change, I suggest you to follow the below troubleshooting and check:

  Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
  
• 
  Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• 
  Type CMD Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
