Windows 10: Weather not updating time

It is so ridiculous.As you see, it is 8 pm but the widget didnt change to the moon icon in the widget bar. Any helps ? Thanks

App Update Issue (MSN Weather)

Any solution to the time formats in Weather App (for windows 10)?

One of the possible reasons that this issue occurs is due to alignment of the computer’s time settings and the weather app time settings. To help you with this issue, kindly follow these steps:

• Open the Weather App and click
  Settings (the gear icon in the lower-left corner).
• Set Launch Location to Default Location, then type your location (e.g. kvívíkar) and press Enter.
• Restart the Weather App.

If the issue persists, make sure that the region is the same as what is set in the Weather App. Follow these steps to check region settings:

• Click the Start button, then type
  Region and press Enter.
• Under Country or region, choose the same location as what is set in the Weather App.
• Restart the computer and check if you will encounter the same issue.

MSN Weather App live tile keeps stopping

Hi,

Since you already completed the troubleshooting provided and it did not resolve the concern with the live tile of the MSN Weather app not updating, we suggest that you reset the MSN Weather app by following the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings
  app and then select System from the list of options shown.
  
• Under the System options menu, select the option on the left-hand panel labeled
  Apps & features.
• Under Apps & features, scroll down through the list of apps installed on your computer and locate the
  Weather app.
• Select the Weather app and then click on the link "Advanced options".
• Once you have the "Advanced options" menu open, click on the button labeled "Reset".
• Once you click on the "Reset" button another prompt will show up notifying you if you would like to complete the reset. Just click on the "Reset" button to complete the process.
