Windows 10: Weather Widget in windows 11 showing wrong location

If i change it, it just ignore my change and defaults to Lewisham. How can i get it to either use location services which are switched on btw or accept my entry?

Weather app shows wrong location

I installed maps 3.0.8 a while ago and was working fine. I used weather widget frequently. Was in the USA last week, Belle came out for my N8 and I upgraded. Used weather widget there, and it showed me USA local weather for Wayne, near Philadelphia.

I am home now in Novi Sad and weather widget still shows "Weather for Wayne'' and the temperatures and forecast are for Novi Sad. I tried to go put get GPS lock on Novi Sad in Drive. No change. I can not remove ''Wayne'' in any way I tried. I am having correct
forecast and current temperature but I can not remove name of the location.

Any ideas?

 

Foreca Weather Widget

Hello any one could help me please, I was using Foreca Weather widget, it did works perfectly but suddenly today I can not see Foreca as widget it shows as shortcut for Foreca Weather. I don`t know what is wrong I have done uninstall and reinstall but it
does work, really frustrating as Foreca Weather widget was really helpful.

 

808 weather widget - latest forecast not available for any location in India

Hi Musica,

Thanks for the response. Weather guide from the maps application works. It detects Banglore location and shows the weather as well as the forecast.. But when I try it throught the widget or the weather app (with the weather guide open in the backgroud),
I still get the same error message. Looks like it is something to do with the weather app/widget and strangely only for INDIA.



The map version is 3.09 12wk09 b05 - Map version 0.2.49.104
