Windows 10: Web Adress Error 400

I recieve this error when trying to logon to one specific web address no matter which browser I use. The web address is not a new address but is one I have regularly used, indeed I can access the address from my phone. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Adresses in mail / person app

On two PC's I have problems when filling the TO field in the mail app when starting a new mail. These PC's are in no way related / sharing information.

• I get NO suggestion for some of the adresses in the people app; for most I do.
  
  When i click the adress book icon at the end of the address field in the new mail, I see the adresses in the list and can select it.
  
• I get suggestions for people who are NOT in my address book.
  
  How can I delete thoses suggestions and how come these adresses pop up?

 

ie mobile = 400 error for web service

HTC TP2 (brand new, out of the box ... nothing else installed ... default config) - Mobiel IE can browse to all kind's of pages except the WCF Web Service I am developing ... i can consume the web service from any desktop and even a Droid I tried it on
... but not my HTC. Is there a firewall that comes enabled by default or something going on with the HTC or with IE Mobile? I can browse to other commercial web sites ... but get the "The page cannot be found" HTTP 400 error

Why is it since MSFT did an update, I am now getting error 400 all over the place? Or, web sites just not opening at all. It has something to do with your update. Windows EDGE
