Windows 10: Web browser error 8004808c

Team Hi


I was working on a PDF document yesterday, however a big part of it didn't appear to have saved properly I didn't see a message to that affect

I have started working on it again this morning & now I am getting the following error "Web Browser error 8004808c" I have googled to see what this & how I resolve but cannot see a solution - can you advise please

A Faster Web Browser for Windows 10?

Hi,

You always have the option to use other browsers, however I strongly suggest that you use Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer because of the newer features. To address your issue we are going to enable your Flash Player Plugin. Kindly follow these steps:

• Click the "..." button on the upper right corner of your Edge browser.
• Click on Settings.
• Under Advanced settings section, click the View advanced settings button.
• Locate the Use Adobe Flash Player section and toggle the switch on to enable Adobe Flash Player.
• Refresh your web page or open a new browser tab.

Web browsers

Thats not a lot of options. I would only suggest Internet Explorer or Opera. If you are looking for simplicity then IE I guess, but Opera seems like they are making their browser look more like Chrome or the new Firefox.

 

Update Freezing Web Browsers

• Do you get any error messages when the browsers freeze?
• Are Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge affected?
• Does the problem occur when you access a specific site?

We suggest you delete the browser history, or completely reset the browsers that are affected.
