Windows 10: Web Outlook schedule recurring email automatically sent

I could only find the visual basic code for sending recurring emails with Outlook Desktop version. Would the code work on Web Outlook Live emails?

@Try3 and all, thanks for your suggestions.
It looks like it isn't really an option. So Ill try something simpler.

Here are three suggestions
- Using Outlook VBA and the existing Tasks facility - How to create a recurring e-mail message in Outlook - MSDocs
- Using Microsoft Flow - How do I send a recurring email on Outlook 365
- Using a SperrySoftware addin to Outlook - Schedule Recurring Email for Office 365 {note that there is a free option for this addin}

This would involve creating an active element in the email [something I have never even looked into let alone tried to do] and the tenant's email client might well strip them out automatically as a security risk.

I suggest just including a request for a reply when the task has been completed or setting up a parallel recurring task for a week after the first one asking if the task has been done.

Outlook Web Access

I was sent an email with a link to my companys email system. Clicking on the link worked fine. It opened up a window, asked for my pw, then a 'Outlook Web Access' window poped up with my new company email account. Fine.

Now... When I restarted my system, the pw window pops , then the 'Web Access' window opens (with my desktop icon's over laying it) and I can't close it.

How do I get shut this auto startup off?
