Windows 10: WebCache.old Is it safe to uninstall it?

I checked on my C: drive and there was this 30 something GB folder named ''WebCache.old''.

It shouldn't be something important, right? Is is safe to just delete it?

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

explorer.exe will not run other than in safe mode


MS suggests:
Once your PC is in Safe Mode, reinstall your display adapter driver.

• Type device manager into the search box on the taskbar, and then select Device Manager.
  
• Expand Display adapter.
  
• Right-click the display adapter and select Uninstall > OK.
  
• Restart your PC.
