Windows 10: webcam C525 videos do not oepn on desktop

after the KB5001567 outdated my Logitech webcam C525 no longer shows the actual video on the desk top after taking the video and sending it to desk top i have tried install uninstalling Logitech web cam had 2 of your tech support remote connect and try but no go. i am on a windows 10 pc and there are no restore points go back that far says that kb5001567in up date history it shows it was in stalled on 3/16 like i said i do not have restore point s that far back I do not keep the that long do to disc space.. i have reached to Logitech windows help with 2 different techs Adobe help no one is or can help me. is there some sort of alternative or fix for the adobe if that is in fact what is causing it. here is the message the logitsh support sent me just today

Thank you for getting back to us and we apologize for the inconvenience that it caused you, I tried to check online for the issue that you currently having to play your saved video, However as per checking Microsoft has released a Windows update that removes Adobe's Flash Player before it reaches end of support on December 31, 2020. and they didn't provide any details for a substitute on how we can access a saved file video,

I suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: Update WebCam driver

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
• Search for the relevant driver.
• Right-click on the Webcam driver and select
  Update Driver Software.
• Restart your system

Method 2: Uninstall and then re-install
WebCam driver

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
• Search for the relevant driver.
• Right-click on the Webcam driver and select
  Uninstall.
• Once, you have uninstalled the driver do not restart, go to the Manufacturer's website and download the latest
  Webcam driver
• Double-click (run) and install the driver setup file.
• Restart your system.

I keep getting Logitech - WebCam - HD Webcam C525 - Error 0x800f0203, with the windows update any workaround or fix? I Downloaded and applied all updates from Logitech but I still get the error message with windows update.
