Windows 10: Webcam Causes Computer to Work Extremely Slow and Image is Choppy Windows 11

Whenever I plug-in a webcam I have tried using multiple and open an app like Zoom, the Camera App, or Microsoft Teams, my computer lags horribly, the video from the webcam lags horribly, and the system goes back to normal immediately after closing whichever app I am using. The one exception is Discord; the webcam works properly in Discord for some reason.I've updated my computer fully, tried multiple USB ports other peripherals work fine in the same ports, inspected my system for malware, deleted and reinstalled the device, reset my computer multiple times, and so far nothing has helped. Imaging Devices missing in Device Manager and Webcam doesn't working

Hi,

Since you mentioned that the said driver is missing in Device Manager, what we suggest is for you to check in the Hidden Devices section on Device Manager. Kindly follow the steps below:

• On the desktop, press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager.
• Click on View and select
  Show Hidden Devices.
• Check for the webcam under Imaging Devices.
• If the webcam is listed, then right-click on it and select
  Update Driver Software
• Select Browse My Computer for Driver Software and follow the prompted steps.

Computer extremely slow after Unexpected_Store_Exception error
