    Webcam color calibration in Zoom

There is a locked thread from April 6th 2020, I'm using Zoom web conferencing software, and it has a "virtual background" feature that does the green screening quite well. That is what that the thread is about.

The problem is that the camera re calibrates when I put the physical screen up in the back ground. The camera changes it's colour balance, my shirt goes from white to pink on screen.

I need to get into the camera settings a little deeper and turn off the auto adjust.

Every article I've found on the Microsoft forums about color balance is about the screen color balance. But the camera is changing it's balance. thread that was started by danieledwards77 and there is not a resolution. I am still having the same problem described here

I am wondering if a solution was ever found? Again, using a physical green screen I need to adjust the color balance while in a Zoom meeting.

    I am using a AUKEY PC-LM1E camera.

    Looking forward to any help.

    :)

    Display Color Calibration

We appreciate the detailed information. You can try uninstalling the driver in Device Manager and reboot the device. After the restart the system will automatically install the driver, then you can try to

    calibrate the display
    again.

If you don't want to uninstall the driver, we suggest that you try the below steps:

    • Go to Color Management using Search or Cortana.
    • Click on Advanced tab.
    • Select Change system defaults.
    • On the new window, click on the “Advanced” tab on the upper side of the window.
    • Now you will need to check the box next to “Use Windows default calibration”.
    • Left click or tap on the “Close” button.
    • Left click on the “Devices” tab you have on the upper side of the window.
    • Select the “Set as default profile”.
    • Reboot the device and see if your calibrate screen feature is okay now.

Let us know how it goes.
