Windows 10: Webcam not working help :(

Hi , i have a Asus Zenbook UX303L and for awhile now i am not able to use the webcam to skype or just normal camera in the laptop itself. I am using Windows 10. I have tried various method but it all does not work. I tried going to the device manager to update the legacy drive but there isn't an option to even when i click show hidden devices. It gives me the error of 0xA00F4244(0xC00D36D5) whenever i on my camera. Please help ^^

My Logitech webcam c920 microphone does not work. The camera is OK and the driver is current.

A second webcam did not work on this computer. Both webcams worked on a friend's computer.

Method 1

Follow the steps to run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter:

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select
  Control Panel
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Hardware and devices.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the Hardware and devices
  dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the
  Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  

Method 2

Download and install the latest drivers for the webcam device using Windows updates. Also, check with the manufacturer/computer assembler’s website if any newer version of the webcam driver is available.
