Windows 10: Webcam not working in Internet Explorer-11

I am using Windows 10 - Version 1909 OS Build 18363.1316. The website I am trying to use is only supported in Internet Explorer 9 and above, and it needs photo capture through PC webcam for processing of details.


When I try to launch webcam, it does not invoke/camera does not start but it works perfectly from Chrome/Edge.

When I tried to do quick WebCam test using https://webcamtests.com/, it says "Your browser does not support features for accessing media devices. Please upgrade your browser or install another one."


For legacy or what not reasons, website provider says they only support internet explorer 9 and above, and due to this camera problem, I can't get things done.

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
