Windows 10: Webcam not working in Windows 10

I`ve got a Microsoft LifeCam HD3000. It worked perfectly in windows 7 but not in Windows 10. Got it to work now with the camera in windows 10 but with very low resolution. Get mess that the driver for it is not compattable with windows 10.

Since you mentioned that you already reinstalled the driver for your webcam, we suggest that you perform these troubleshooting steps to resolve your concern:

• Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps.
• Install the driver using the compatibility mode.

I suggest you to update the driver for webcam from the manufacturer website or by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager.
• Expand the driver for webcam.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.
