Windows 10: Webcam not working in Windows 11 - but curiously, works fine to log me on using Windows...

Good morning all.I have an odd issue. When inside Windows 11, my webcam does not seem to work any more. Was working fine previously and has suddenly stopped.I get a dark grey rectangle with a crossed-through icon showing that my camera is not working/accessible. #I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. No dice.I have rolled back and installed a standard Windows driver. Ditto.I have checked Camera Privacy Settings - and it is set to allow access. I have "Reset settings" - again, this does not work.The webcam seems unavailable to all apps inside Windows once I'm inside the operating sys
