Windows 10: Webcam Recording

I am needing help with allowing my webcam to record while the computer terminal is locked. I am using Windows 10 on a desktop. I have a usb-connected webcam. It is Logitech HD Pro C920. I only have the "Camera" application on my computer. This is a work computer and I am not authorized to download additional apps from the Microsoft store.There is no feature on the lock screen that allows me to assign permissions to features. Some features will continue running if I have the terminal locked, prompting my to use my password to unlock. Audio, for instance, will keep going, whether it is through a
