Windows 10: Webcam sound very low

    Webcam sound very low


    Thank you for taking time to help with my issue..

    I have a new Logitceh C270 webcamera. Drivers are installed correctly. Sound settings in Windows 10 Home detects the mic and the green mic indicator works with volume at 100. I have also used mic testing website and they all seem to work fine.

    the webcam can hardly be heard when using webcam chat sites. This was never an issue before and I do not know what to do. Could it be Adobe flash player settings?

    Lenovo T60 sound very-very-very low

    Hello, I have a Lenovo t60 laptop and I installed Windows 10 on it. I'm having this weird issue. If I'm using analog headphones or no headphones - sound is really low, next to unhearable. If I'm using USB headset sound is OK.

    I've tried both MS default driver (Troubleshooting: how to install the Microsoft HD Audio class driver) and Lenovo Vista sound driver (SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio). Same results. I've
    updates the bios to the latest version. I've installed all the updates Windows 10 was able to find. I've tried selecting different sampling quality - nothing. =(

    Sound was working perfectly on Windows XP\7. Please help.

    Well, that did help. Apparently this laptop does have working FN buttons. So the sound was there but super low due to it being turned low by something "below" what the OS itself recognizes.

    Works good now with MS default driver. The Lenovo one (from Vista) was buggy. Thank you!

    ps. the FUN part is - I've already tried messing with those buttons, but it didn't help on the first try. oh well...
