ma webcam vx 800 ne fonctionne plus depuis une recente mise a jour de Windows 10 elle est reconnue comme venus usb sur mes 3 pc

que puis je faire?

Je suis Ludwig conseiller indépendant et je suis l pour vous aider.

Il n'existe pas de pilote pour cette Webcam, normalement Windows 10 doit l'installer automatiquement.

Visiblement dans votre cas , la caméra ne possède pas le bon pilote pour fonctionner correctement.

Où avez-vu que l'information que la webcam est reconnue comme simple périphérique usb ?

La démarche suivre est de désinstaller cette webcam depuis le Gestionnaire de périphérique ,

Ouvrez le gestionnaire de périphérique(clic droit sur le menu Démarrer) ,

avez-vous un onglet "Appareils photo" ou "Périphérique d'acquisition d'image" dans lequel la caméra apparaît ?

Si non dans "Contrôleur de bus USB" ?

Des capture d'écrans seraient bienvenues.

The webcam may have stopped working due to hardware failure, or a loose cable that connects it to the device’s motherboard. We suggest that you try to show hidden devices in
Device Manager by following these steps:

• Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager.
• Click on the View tab and select Show hidden devices.
  

If you are seeing the webcam drivers, uninstall them. Then restart your device to check if Windows will be able to recognize the webcam and will install the drivers.
